“People are so friendly in this neighbourhood,” Paula tells me from her light and stylish pet-grooming parlour on c/Azcona. The salon also offers a day-care service for dogs and was inspired by Paula’s search for the perfect place to leave her own pet dog, Bala. Realising that there was a gap in the market for somewhere fun, friendly and adaptable for all types of dogs, she ended up opening up her own place in December 2019. Paula has her premises perfectly adapted to her needs, with the doggy daycare area separated from the grooming parlour by a glass panel and a white picket fence. She also sells a range of accessories, toys and food for man (or woman)’s best friend. Her Instagram account is a delight of before and after pictures of pooches - often so amazingly groomed that it’s hard to believe that they are the same dog! So if you’re worried about leaving your dog on his/her own for a few hours or you know he/she needs their fur trimming, then don’t hesitate to give Pets & Me a ring!

Al darse cuenta de que había un hueco en el mercado para un lugar divertido, accesible y adaptable para todo tipo de perros, terminó abriendo su propio lugar en diciembre de 2019. Paula tiene su espacio perfectamente adaptado a sus necesidades, con la zona de guardería para perros separada desde el salón de lavado por un panel de vidrio y una valla blanca. También vende una variedad de accesorios, juguetes y comida para el mejor amigo del hombre (o la mujer). Su cuenta de Instagram es una delicia con las fotos de antes y después de los perritos, ¡a menudo tan increíblemente arregladas que es difícil creer que sean el mismo perro!
