She has taught herself to embroider and creates gorgeous mixed media works. Her collages usually have a theme, such as women writers or motherhood, and are a combination of textures and images edited in Photoshop and pulled together with beautiful embroidery detailing.
The talented Argentine artist also works with furniture, giving shelving units a new lease of life with a beautiful bright decoupage covering finished with varnish. She has also created a unique line of capitalised letters embroidered in colourful thread, which come completed in their own embroidery ring and can be chosen in three different colour palettes. Marina’s creativity knows no bounds and she also sells embroidered brooches, embroidered mandalas and paints beautiful bookmarks.
